Reinforce the manager's critical role in achieving goals
The workshop enables leaders and managers to clarify wildly important goals, understand key measures and build peer accountability while producing results. The outcome of this work session is to identify the most important goals for each team to pursue, then to create measures and identify the key activities that will predict goal achievement. Franklin Covey has found that by actually teaching mangers to introduce and implement them with their teams, the leaders own this process at a whole new level and the results are groundbreaking. This process provides managers the principles, skills and tools necessary to execute flawlessly again and again.

- To develop a draft of Wildly Important Goals (WIGs), measures, and scoreboards for their teams.
- To prepare to sponsor Team Work Sessions for their teams and draft scoreboards for their teams.
- To plan for future team sessions to drive accountability.
